SHIPPING & TRACKING
We currently ship domestic USPS, FedEx, UPS for apparel and merchandise. Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during the checkout process.
Please ensure your mailing address is correct at checkout. We are unable to reroute shipments and, if an order is returned due to an invalid address, it will be processed as a return. Additionally, once an order has been successfully delivered to the confirmed shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We ask that you please contact the shipping provider listed in your shipping confirmation email.
For BEER Shipments, we ship within California only, and we use GSO. You must show 21+ ID to receive your shipment, matching the order from our website.
DELIVERY TIME
Items that are in stock will be dispatched within 7 working days from the point of credit and address verification. Please allow longer dispatch times during holidays. We will notify you of any delays to your order. These items are made to order in our local domestic factory. Production starts the next business day from when the order has been placed. Production time is typically 5 -7 business days, and then shipping is after that.
Gunwhale Ales will not be deemed responsible for any delays caused by production or shipping processes.
RETURNS
We aim for you to be happy with our products. If for some reason you are unhappy with you purchase from Gunwhale Ales, please email info@gunwhaleales.com or use the form below within 7 days of your delivery.
You are responsible for carefully packaging and shipping the return order back to Gunwhale Ales. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost on their way back to us, so please consider getting a tracking number for that return shipment.
Return shipping costs must be incurred by the customer. However, if the return is due to our error or receipt of damaged goods, we will happily pay the return shipping costs and process a full refund. If this happens, please contact us immediately so arrangements can be made.
We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that does not meet our return policy guidelines. We cannot authorize a return if more than 7 days have passed since the delivery of your order.
All Sale Items are Final Sale, no returns or exchanges are available on final sale items.
