Sometimes these things start as lonely ripple in the stretch of an open sea...slowly gathering steam and momentum.  We hope it becomes a wave, and we need you all to add the force behind us. This project has been a labor of love, even as we are months from opening.  It has been 2 years already of work, brewing recipes, learning, and imbibing to get us to this point. Needless to say, we were not afraid to put in the man hours for research and tasting, and the many bombers, pints, and cans that were laid to waste will not be in vain.

We are glad you are here and we hope you continue to follow along with the progress we are making in getting the beer to your lips as fast as humanly possible.   Things will likely undergo change and refinement as we push forward, but we share it because it is part of the odyssey.
